A must for anyone who wants to improve their game

Fitness is a serious must for anyone of any age who really wants to improve their game. I have connected with several Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and trainers in the area and can send my students to the correct resource for their needs

For three years, I have had a small fitness component in my Saturday junior group program I average 20-30 kids on Saturdays and we spend 30 minutes with a physical teacher who is TPI Certified

This year I am partnering with a nearby golf fitness center to have late afternoon and evening classes for both adults and kids

It will be an important part as my program grows
