My favorite golf destination in America is Bandon Dunes. The golf there is the closest thing I have played resembling golf in the British Isles. Fescue tee to green is so unique in America. 4 fantastic courses and an unbelievable par 3 course. Great accommodations and excellent food. Very affordable in the winter (I have been lucky with the weather)
