There’s no magic pill to get you more distance. Strength training, stretching, stability, cardio and proper technique are the pillars that support distance. Also solid contact is a must as well. The key is getting started. Start with 2 days a week of the above with a certified trainer or coach. Then move to 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days etc. The stronger, more stable and limber you are the further you will smack that ball with some power. I hope this helps!
