We can talk swing plane, wrist action and many other thoughts on the golf swing to compress or strike the ball with a downward motion but to me it all revolves around proper weight shift. If you weight is shifting toward the target this will provide all the down strike you need in a golf swing. The shift and swing method also rotates your chest toward the target making your arms long enough for proper compression. Hold your finish after each shot and I guarantee your strike will be better.
