Frequently asked questions

Backswing has hand-picked some of the top PGA Golf Professionals across the U.S. Our experienced pros are actively teaching golfers how to improve their swings and play the game.

YES! This is the single most important piece of the process. To insure your video is usable and to get the most out of your video analysis, it is critical to record it properly.

BEFORE you spend the time to shoot a video of your swing, be certain to review our instructions: How to record a video of your swing

Great question! We cannot stress strongly enough to review our instructions: How to record a video of your swing.

If your video isn’t recorded properly, our golf professionals won’t be able to accurately analyze your swing. If one of our pros indicates to us a video isn’t usable, we will notify you to let you know. We will remind you of our instructions page for reference and request a new video.

You’ll get back a custom video analysis of your golf swing that addresses your issues and offers ways to improve. Your golf instructor might also upload some notes and drills that will help with improving your issue.

Video analysis of your golf swing is typically completed within 24 hours of the time it was submitted. The longest it will take to receive the video back with instructions is 48-72 hours. But we work hard to get it back to you within 24 hours!

Simply login to Backswing.com using your phone, tablet, or computer. You can view your past lessons whenever you want for easy reference.
